So I know the person I am dating lives there but how high does our relationship have to be to visit her there and what is the advantage. Can I tap stuff for energy stars and money

You can tap different items on the screen for money, xp, and energy. However you can not get stars by tapping on anything. The items you can tap on vary from scene to scene, but some items are: pets, your SO, trees, birds, newspaper stands, and other things.
It can depend on where you are in the relationship, such as are you married to them? Generally it comes around the dating level 3 and/or 4.
