cost of Calabasas? I am confused

Okay I just bought Calabasas but it only cost 50,000. I thought it was a 70,000 house. Whats up?

Seriously, I'm pretty sure some prices change as the game matures and expands. They're more experienced now, hey, go check the price of the Helicopter, see if that dropped.

It was 50,00 the last time I brought it like almost a year back lol. I think the only one that was that expensive was the yacht.

I paid 70,000 in Calabasas mansion, don't remember exactly when but it was last year. D'amn cheaters since they moved to the neighborhood it is getting devalued. If this keeps up I'll have to ask for refund lol

Hmmm, ok, what about the Tribecca loft? That might be the more expensive 70K I was thinking about. I know I bought Calabassas and Tribecca right after each other. I know I loved Malibu. That was 7000? Something wildly inexpensive.
