Them gift boxes ?!

So I'm not getting them since the last few days. Along with the effing weekend event. What's up with that ??
Are we not getting them too? Should I just deleted the ****** game and be done with it for good??

    Sassi, if you restart, can you please set up a new GC id? This way I can add the new you, and play with you. When you got the new phone, I lost you. Your star turned blue/purple and you're dressed as if you just started.

    We had a lot of fun together, If you start over it's something to think about.
    I'm so sorry people are experiencing this. As far as the gift boxes, if they aren't coming each day (I never count the weekends, but see if it comes back today) you can contact customer care.

    Advice to everyone:
    If you received one of those notices, and are not in accordance with the rules and terms, smart money would be to restart the game and then know you can contact Customer Care with no fear of repercussions if anything goes wrong in the game.

    If you received one of those notices, and your game is not altered, then contact customer care and get it straightened out.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    Those gift boxes are a bunch of butts lol.
    When I first started out I would win clothing and cash but now all I ever win is 4+ energy, like what do I need that for? Lol

    My daily box is always delayed now. I haven't got any notice about anything. And my game isn't altered in any way.
