New to this forum. I'm an A lister and I updated the game. Now it restarts every time I click out of the game, even if I quickly go back into the game. This is causing me to lose the stars that I gained on job I'm working on currently. It's annoying! Any fix for this?

    I'm sorry about this. Have you purchased Stars to remove the ads? I'm wondering if the ads are crashing it. If you believe it's update related, can you go in and submit a Customer Care ticket using the InGame Messaging? Include your Hollywood ID# to eliminate the added step of them writing back asking for it, and you supplying it.

    If you're Android, have you tried shutting down the device and restarting? I'm sorry this is happening, and hope it can be rectified quickly.

    It was definitely update related. It fixed itself after a day of doing that. Thank you!
