Why don't I have the "watch a video get free star" option? I did before i restarted the game I have played for months and its never been there..

Hi Katinkae, sorry about your problem.

For all I know this is a common problem to many players, I don't know if this has to do with the platform you're playing, but it seems the button disappears after the player makes an in-game purchase.

I believe the best thing to do is submit a ticket, but from what I could see it can take a while to them check out and the answer isn't always satisfactory.

To the best of my knowledge, the response will be an explanation of the many reasons why someone is not getting the opportunity for free stars. It's very frustrating. If you play iOS, there's a great REAL survey site. quick thoughts. They pay out in ten dollar iTunes cards, every time you earn 10$. Very real surveys.
