Hi Miros, Welcome to the forum Contact customer care, as Hoodstar9 suggested. If you need help submitting the ticket, go here for a tutorial on contacting Customer Care. Be sure and tell them you want to cancel, and to stop billing . Sorry it didn't work out for you.
