No Event Points from Weekend Event 12/11

I was still having this issue until I just recently closed and restarted the app.

No event points here either. Just did a 1 hour date at 12:15pm pacific time.

Whats going on with this even "loves in air"?

I have date with my partner 4 times in a row with 4h, 1h, 8h and 4h
But I didn't get poins and then I have changed partner on date but
I still didn't get poins help pls

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue or if there was already a thread but I have not been getting any event points for doing the event gigs. It's frustrating

ETA: That's a response I never expected. So, take the screenshots, if it's still happening, and then for the rest it was timezones?

Hi follow the screenshot instructions from Glu's response to DMV_Doll's ticket, check the bandwith. and submit a ticket with the substantiation and requested details.

I'm glad restarting the device appears to have helped some, but the way Glu's answer reads it was region and time related. Hope this helps.

I got the same reply as DMV_Doll to my in-game ticket. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quick reply. I'm working on a project right not but when I finish it and get my energy up a bit, I'll try going on a date and see what happens.

I saw the post about restarting my device and did so. I started receiving event points right away. So if anyone still having problems hasn't tried it, try restarting your device. Hope everyone is getting event points by now though!!

I'm happy to report that I got event points on my last date. I hope everyone else is getting them too by this point.

The message DMV got is very confusing to me...are they saying the events no longer start at 2am Pacific time in the U.S.?????

I believe they were saying "at this time, we checked and everything was fine. Perhaps the event wasn't available in that region at the time the points weren't being distributed." At least that's what I took form it after reading a few times.

I've taken screenshots to prove this. I did 2 8 hour dates and I didn't get any event points for any of them. I didn't start getting points until the game updated! Please rectify this!

As I said, it's giving me points now, but it still owes me for when the event first started, and yes, it was started in my region at that time and it had the event icon. How can I get the points from those 2 hour dates from when the event first started?

Hi. Did you finish the event? If not, would those two dates event points have put you over the top for an additional prize? If the missing points didn't stop you from claiming something, then it's a was. if those points would have made a difference prize wise, then by all means you can submit a ticket to customer care.

And im sorry I missed the sentence where you said the game updated. Your next sentence jumped out saying Please rectify this, so I jumped in with suggestion o restart your device. My bad.
