Still not have gotten reward

I have gotten 5 star ratings on appearances for more than 50 times in a row. I haven't missed one since December of 2014. But when I check the achievements bar it still is at 0% complete. I just finished the most recent one in SoHo. The reward is $2,500 in cash, 10 Kardashian tokens and I think 5 energies. Is it maybe my game or something. I know I got 5 stars on my appearances without anything less. I made sure I didn't miss a single one.

I'm very sorry this is happening Slegrande31. I think you should contact Customer Care, and tell them there is no movements on that achievement. Submit the ticket to secure your place in line, the take a few screenshots, of you finishing with 5Stars, and then the Achievement meter at 0, substantiating your claim that it's not moving, and then submit those when they contact you for more info. Good luck, and be sure and let us know what you find out.
