Charged for stars I did NOT buy!!! WTH?!

So I started late playing the kross over thing, only saying that cuz idk if that has anything to do with how this happened. But I noticed this evening I had a new email on my iPad, most the time I only get emails when I purchased stars. But anyway it said I had purchased stars at 5:05 pm, and I didn't, I also don't even have said stars to show for it! WTH??!

Never mind!! I figured it out. I went to submit a ticket with Apple and realized they just NOW got around to sending me an email for a purchase I made on the 12th! Phew!!!
