Can someone explain how the achievements are calculated?

Hello everyone, Ive been playing for awhile and found the forum not too long ago and am appreciative of how helpful it is! One thing that has been bugging me is the achievements tab. I really don't see any rhyme or reason for how it's calculated and completed. For instance, if I do an appearance at Lif, my Industry percentage is say 63% and maybe goes up 2 digits if Im doing a 3 hr gig. And then the next day I click on an NPC and get a blue star at Swan Country Club and then it telle ms Industry 36%. So what is going on here?

Also, I am confused with the Day Job and High Roller achievements. Can someone please enlighten me on the logic used here? Thanks!

The "Industry" achievements are when you invite your friends to gigs. Each friend has a separate "Industry" achievement, which is why you see different percentages when you do this.

For the High Roller one, if you are talking about the casino achievement, every bet/spin you make raises the achievement. The higher you bet, the higher percentage it will count towards the achievement per spin.

The Day Job achievement is filled by completing work shifts in any of the stores your doll works at :)

Thanks for the advice..but I feel like I do a lot of shifts and the percentage doesnt go up very much. In some shifts, granted, shorter ones, I dont get a percentage at all when I complete it, so I find that a little weird.
