Game not working on Facebook anymore

Hi, i used to play on my computer from facebook, i did send 7 days ago a ticket to glu support, no answer yet. So internet explorer not supporting the game. I play a whole month from chrome explorer but can't get in the last week, black screen with the phrase "please wait..." i even let the window open for 2 hours and it didn't even bother to change. I try to play it in chromodo, same black screen, so i make a small research today which said opera is the best browser for facebook games, guess what? I download it hoping i can continue where i left it, still black screen on kim except all the rest games that open normal. My request is simple, since glu not even bother to answer on me, can someone in here help me on how to open that game in my computer?
I have clear my cookies, in fact today i have use the repair tool on chrome to return it to its normal stage by disabling anything on it, nothing happen. Still the black screen of death in Kim's game. So, how can i play it for a whole month and then suddenly being sutting down on facebook, to all the explorers i try?

And please be patient with Glu response time. They might have a longer wait time, but they will respond as soon as possible.

i have to be honest, Facebook issues are most likely to be resolved in the next update, and at this time individual support is not always available .

Just to mention on changing browser, i don't use firefox cause it is toooooooooooooo slow on any game i try to open. On other hand, i already as i say the Chrome i am using already, Chromodo, Opera, i.e. which not supporting and my last achievment was Maxthon, still not working. The unity isn't working on chrome and just to mention again i install the other browsers to test if Kim's game working, it didn't and i usnistall them again, i don't want to have 10 different browser on my pc just to test a game. I also install Facebook arcade games platform, still not budging. On chrome i have cleared cache and cookies 10 times in this week and only 3 today, so by sending me a link on how to clear my cache.............. Always before i post a problem on a game i play i make sure this is the first thing i will do. About waiting Glu support, 7 days are too long for being answered, other games even if they can't help you much are answering in 48 hours. Let's hope that new update you are talking about won't be in a month cause seriously i don't think i will be in a mood to play it again.

I'm really sorry this is happening. To explain, I sent you the link, event though you had been clearing cache, was because I said read this and see if it helps, it is Glu's own instructions, so you could have told me you cleared it 50 times, and I'd still recommend trying one more time, but using Glu's own step by step instructions. And, there could have been more on that page to help.

I don't work for Glu, I'm just a player like yourself. 9 times out of 10, people write back that they found a browser that it worked on, and that has cleared the hiccup that was stopping their games from loading. So rather than appearing annoyed with my attempt to help you, please realize I gave you all the info at my disposal, and appreciate that it didn't take 7 days before getting a response.

I'm sorry you might not be in a mood to play again when an update comes out, but Facebook is the least stable platform, and to be honest, whenever Facebook players become frustrated, I ask if there isn't a smart phone or tablet thry might be able to play on instead. I do feel for your situation, and I'm sorry I wasn't able to help.

I hope it's resolved or you hear back from your ticket soon. Understand that Glu support is trying to get through the anticipated backlog (due to the roll out of the K&K game and Britney's game) as soon as possible, and really do appreciate your patience.

I do understand that you are a player and i am sorry for my behavior on you, i wrote in this forum hoping the glu support see it here since can't get an answer on email, however yes i do have android and is a pain to play in there, plus i can't transfer my fb account. I have already send an error from there too, i did get an answer even if i have clear cache there too, they ask me to do something to make it better working and have been made worst, i was waiting 5 min to change each location and with their asnwer i check it i need double time now, so when i am play there i am forced to shut down the game in my every decision to make the changing room-location being on 1 min, what i mean, i ask my mate to come to a date, i shut down after call her and open again to appear and then i shut down again when i ask the date to start, i even shut down the game to access the wardrobe or leave from there, without shut down the game, it refuse me to take me anywhere, that's why i prefer facebook, cause i need seconds to change my locations and i don't need to shut down the game for that. And if i told them that have been make worst no i haven't, only to think that i need 5-6 steps to get there to answer them by shutting down the game on each step and then another 5-6 steps on shutting down the game to return to main story, it make me not want to go there.

I understand your frustration, especially if you thought no one was listening (ie - asking you to repeat what you had already done) I've gotten desperate at times I had game issues. Not a pretty sight. But the problem with Facebook issues, they are almost always addressed with the ext update. Support is not that readily available for Facebook platform games.

I had an old Android device, that used to freeze for a bit every time the screenchanged and an ad came on. I fixed that game by buying a small pack of Stars, and that eliminates ads from the game. Glu does monitor the forums, but they don't usually pick up on individual issues, that's what submitting tickets is for. But....I'm going to google around and see if this is more widespread and see if I can't get more info for you.

As far as browsers, firefox has been having a number of issues, more often than not I need to switch browsers for other things. But Facebook is one platform I don't play on, so I wish I had more info for you.

I am making new statement cause this is totally weird, i just realize that the game works perfectly on facebook as long i don't login with my main facebook. Isn't it weird? I found an explorer called comodo dragon, if i login with the mail i use for mmorg games kim kardasian open normal but if i login with my main facebook mail the game denied to open, am i blocked somehow? I mean it doesn't make sense, why on another facebook the game open normal and on me no? Any ideas?

I couldn't begin to fathom a clue. Um, this is a shot in the dark, but you can check your settings and see what is different between the two? I made my 2nd Android game just to troubleshoot seeing contacts problems on the first one. So, trouble shoot it from that aspect. compare settings between the two devices, Good luck.

Not sure what you mean, i try both on pc facebook and both facebook have same settings. The device is desktop computer the same one and try it on same explorer, i guess i am in a dead end, i open new ticket hoping that the support will anwser me on this one.

I ventured a guess. There is no one on the forum to give you absolute technical advice, and I hope the next update resolves this for you. I'm really sorry but I can't help. I suggested Customer Care , wait for them, or wait for the update. Good luck, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

Hello, I just wanted to say I have exactly the same problem. My game on facebook has been stuck on please wait for more than 3 weeks now. I tried everything, nothing worked: changing browsers, installing facebook games arcade, clearing cache and cookies. It is so frustrating. I don't wanna lose my progress, I've been playing for years, and am on my 3rd comeback, have max out the relationship with my husband and have two kids, as well as almost all houses in the game, and a lot of K stars and cash. I'm really annoyed with it now. I was hoping it would be solved with the update, but no. I contacted glu as well, so we'll see if they reply. Have you managed to solve the problem since?

p.s. I've been seeing around that we are not the only one with this problem, it's quite widespread, so that just makes me more worried, as it hasn't been solved yet.

p.p.s. Just tried loading the game from my sister's fb, and the game works for her. I used the same PC and browser that I use to log into mine. For her it loads the game normally, and for me it gets stuck on Please wait... This really ****es me off! That just means that the problem is not technical, as it works for my sister on the same device, it's nothing to do with browser or caches. It just looks like my account has been blocked...

Hi and welcome. Glu isn't blocking games, yours is the third instance reporting a Fb loading issue. One resolved, one is waiting for the next update, or a response to their customer care ticket, and yours. I'm going to suggest you submit a customer care ticket, and wait for the next update. why do some games get some glitches and others dont ? Every game is different, every device. some unperceivable hiccup as the game last updated? Don't forget that with so many different browser configurations you're playing on the least stable platform. But you are not being singled out and blocked.

Please submit the ticket, and hopefully the next update coming shortly will fix all your issues. Fingers crossed. Thank you for your patience, Glu wants all players on each and every platform to be happily playing. Downtime for you is not what they want.

Thank you for your warm welcome and the response. The thing is, it has been like this for more than 3 weeks, almost a month, so there have been updates that didn't solve anything. My game would update, load and then get stuck on black Please Wait screen. I have submitted the customer care ticket, not got the response yet. And what worries me is that using the same device (home PC), the same browser (Google Chrome) and the same platform (Facebook) the game works for my sister, but for me it doesn't. The only thing I can do is wait.

There have been no game Updates since 5.0 on May 1st. There have been mini
content updates, but it is the Version update that will normally bring about game fixes. There are exceptions, but the June update is right around the corner.

If the last update is the reality one, my game updated and worked for about a week after the update. What bothers me is why it would just stop working out of the blue? There was no update that would change anything, as it worked normally after the reality update. But hopefully the next version update will sort it out, like you said. Fingers crossed and thanks
