I am thinking about not playing this game. These random losing fans and lame storylines are ruining my experience. I'm not sure if everyone is supposed to deal with it in game but it's getting really annoying. It seems like not everyone has to deal with it because I've already asked other people if they had problem with this and they said no.

Ok, you're asking the wrong people. Everyone loses fans, and then we get fans back. If you've been playing a long time, you may have caught up with the end of the current storyline. But of course when we get the update (expected sooner rather than later) there will be new storylines for all of us. Plus, you never know what surprises the Team will roll out for us. So why don't you tell us more about your game, like your level, how long you've been playing, are there any quests that you feel you missed?

I'll lose fans when Skylar or Willow tweet bad things about us, or arbitrarily saying I haven't been seen with my spouse, even when I've just finished a date....you lose fans. But then try on clothes in the wardrobe, and after a while when you go back into the game you'll get fans because you were rocking the try ons.
