I can't ask Customer Care as there are no active moderators in the Customer Care forum.. (See the irony?). I can't ask In-game support either as they are not replying. You are a community moderator for one of Glu's games so I can only assume you have some line of contact with them.

I'm sorry I wasn't clearer. Contact customer care, means send in a ticket. The forum is your 1st line of defense for problems. If they can't be corrected in the forum, they need to go to Customer Care. If you are unsure of how to submit a ticket, Read GluAdmin's post about it, and follow the instructions. Again, I'm sorry you're having problems but there is nothing I can do.
