Notifications Not Showing

I'm just inquiring about the notifications. My Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game does not show me notifications anymore, however all my other games by Glu, e.g. Deer Hunter 2016 and Kendall & Kylie all give me notifications. Is this a device problem on my half or is it an in game problem?

    KKH sends out notifications about 1-2 times per week. The next one will go out in a few hours. If you're not receiving them, please check your device settings.
