Disappearing tickets! How am I going to get my purchases back??!

Okay, this problem has been going on since Version (5.6.0) of the game.
Every time I send a ticket in it vanishes after x amount of hours or days. This is probably the eleventh ticket I have sent in to get my Kim Pick's and Shop My Closets returned to me after my device broke twice. Is this ever going to be fixed?? I have already sent a ticket into web support to get my stuff back but now it looks like I have to send another one, making that twelve. If I have to wait until the next update I'm going to cry because after losing months of work and purchases this is really starting to annoy me. I do know what I will do if this continues.
