Why do I no longer receive daily gift boxes?

There's no daily gift boxes for me about 4-5 days and i didn't do anything with my phone or the game. It happened once but after I updated it, so it worked but now it happens again and I don't know what to do. Plzz help ;(

Hi. I checked the Game's FAQs, and found this, which says if the clock has been reset it could be a cause and there is no known fix. But since you've posted that isn't the case, the best advice is to submit a ticket to customer care and ask them to take a look in your game for you. Hope this helps, sorry it is happening.

I've checked that FAQ before I posted here, but thanks for your help I'll try to send a ticket to customer care then.
