Android to IPhone switch

I just switched from a Samsung Galaxy to the iPhone 7 on iOS 10 and my game is saved to my Facebook but when I logged into it it stayed a new game instead of loading my old one. The game it didn't load will be the second game I've lost. How do I get my old game back?

I'm sorry but at this time you cannot switch your game from one platform to another. Do you still have your Galaxy? Can you use it for wifi and continue that game there? The only other thing to do is to write to customer care, explain what you've siad here, this is the 2nd game you'll have lost, and they will most likely be able to help restore any purchases from the StarShop.

I wish there was better news for you. Maybe some day in the future. I'm really sorry.
