Sure can. First , load your iTunes card into your iTunes account. Then come into the starshop in the game, select the package you'd like. Then iTunes will ask if you want to make the purchase, and ask for a password if needed. Enter the perfect for your Apple/iTunes account and your done. depending on your location, there might be tax which is added onto the package price. In ny I pay sales tax. By the way, an iTunes card is only good if you are playing the game in an iOS device.
