Is there anyway to change the length of jobs?

I'm just wondering because 8 hours is too long. I also had almost completed my job as well but when I clicked on the last set of those things that fill up the stars it crashed. Then when I reopened the app I only ended up with 4 stars. I think they're too long. That's why I keep missing them because it takes 8-12 hours for the jobs to be ready. Then 8 hours to actually do it. For me that's almost a full day. I'm just wondering is all.

Hi. I'm sorry you're having trouble. It sounds like it crashed due to an ad? Have you bought Stars, or do you play with ads in your game? That would explain the crash. My old device was always crashing with ads, and then to prolong it's life, I bought stars and the ads disappeared. This was wonderful in so many ways. It geve me almost enough stars to buy the plane, which meant I could fly all over the game and collect as much energy as I needed just by scrounging so to speak.

For an 8 hour gig, (you said you had to wait for it, so I'm thinking it's storyline) Start the gig with a full tank of energy. Then I tap around scrounging for energy if I want to hurry and finish it, or I come back when my energy is full again (for me 3 hours) and do it again. then in another 3 hours...up around the 2 hours left time, the third round of energy would surely finish your gig.

And then, when Simon Calls for side gigs, I hardly ever take an hour gig. Does any of this help?


Oh, but to answer your question no. You cannot change the length of gigs, the way you can wait for a better length date. I'm sorry.

I'm sure once I do it it'll help. Thanks. But I don't get any of those non storyline jobs anymore. Because simon keeps calling about the crowdfunding bash. I haven't gotten it for almost a full year and now within the last 6 weeks or so, Simon keeps calling about the crowdfunding bash. I was told to do it and it'll go away. But I did it and it's still there.

Ok, if you did the required crowdfunding, and it's telling you to repeat it, you should contact customer care about it. But, first would you do it again>. A while back we had this happening, and I remember being told to complete it a 2nd time, and then it went away for good. Sorry but I have no idea what the task was.
