VIP trial

I signed up for the trial and it gave me nothing. I can't purchase any VIP clothes, I don't receive extra energy. Is this how it's supposed to work? If I try to purchase anything, it tries to charge me $50! I submitted a game ticket but I have not received any replies.

I'm thinking it probably puts the charge through for the first month, then either holds it a week before the actual submit, or gives you a free 7 days tacked on before the next month's charge. Accordingly, if you cancel within the 7 days, your refund will have been explained in the details of the offer.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Apparently there is no support for it at all. The 2 customer support tickets I've submitted have not received any replies still. I guess it helps me decide that I'm not spending any money on a VIP membership. There is absolutely no way I'm taking a chance of giving them $50 just so I can purchase a dress and hairstyle (with k stars that I already spent money buying)
