Help! Game is not loading

Please help! I can't get into the game this morning. I'm on iOS. Was working fine last night. I can't lose my game, please!! It's stuck on the loading screen. Goes through the % and then resets. I have over 5gb space and I have reset many times. Wifi is strong. Help!
