Husband NPC missing items

Hi, I changed my NPC husband face features and bought him some new clothes and then his tattoo dissapeared and I can't find it in his wardrobe?? Please bring it back, I paid for this tattoo!
Also the silver single earring he is wearing ( he has the same in gold in the wardrobe) can't be found in the section. I also paid for that earring.

I bought my iOS npc hubby new hair, the old hair just disappeared from the wardrobe. I know the same thing happened with Vats' Bort.

This is why a bug issues thread here about the same topic was created three weeks ago after this update was released. Two people myself and another forum user have already brought up the missing NPC items.

We're aware of this issue and it should be resolved in a future update.
