I play Kim Kardashian Hollywood and my friends tell me they send me gifts but I did not receive any gifts, I want them to help me because I have been a week with this problem

Ok, hi. Welcome to the forum. I would think your friends wil have to submit a ticket to customer care. Tell them what happened and see what they say. But you can't be the one to open the ticket. If they sent you something that wasn't received, they have to contact customer care.

This has happened to me and a few others, sometimes it takes a while for it to show up, or, if your friends are frozen in appearance, then gifts aren't going through for some reason. Again, customer care is your friends best bet. I'm sorry you didn't receive them. Good luck with your friend. I hope it is resolved.
