Talk about it mission can't get into Mirimount studios

So I just got the mission Talk about It and I'm supposed to see Ray in Mirimount Studios but when I go there I don't have that option available. What can i do? I already went to Miraggio Grande but there's nothing in there. Is my mission glitched? Thank you for any help!
EDIT; So I decided to restart the app like not completely but remove it from my background apps and log in again and now there's a 59 min timer counting down 😊 I guess I was missing that! Thank you for any help either way!
