Do Not Delete Or Uninstall Your Game

If you are experiencing technical issues in your game, please do not try to troubleshoot by deleting or uninstalling the app. Unfortunately, we can't restore lost progress.
Remember to backup your game on a regular basis!
iCloud (for Apple) and Google Play (Android) can keep a copy to provide some protection against accidental deletion or cases where the device must be hard reset, but are not a guarantee against loss.
To save your progress, log in to Google Play (on Android devices) or iCloud, play the game for some time to ensure your progress is saved to that service. It may take quite awhile for the servers to connect and collect your device's data, so you may need to leave the game running for quite some time (an hour or more in some cases) to ensure this occurs.
