Locations of holywood and beverlyhills and Downtown LA are locked!!!!!

Hello help me plz i cant pass about 9  missions due to locked locations at beverly hills ( panino, and kim house) and at holywood ( maria's office and other locations despite the studio) also at Downtown ( so chic is locked) i have passed the tutoriel i date many times to get exp i complete many missions im level max now but 9 missions i cant as i said due to locked locations help plzzz

Hi. Your tasks will be locked until Simon or someone else calls you for them. On the left hand side, find the panino task, and see if there isn't a buttong to 'start task now' or something. Anything that says wait for simon's call, you should be able to tap and Simon will call to unlock the task. If it's not time for the task yet, he will say "I think I can get that started for you" (0r something) and then tell you how many stars it will cost to begin early.
But anything that has an available time that has past, you should have either already unlocked (by telling Simon, ok you'll do it now) or you just need to have him call again.

I have max level cause from the beggining i date hundred of times to have more exp but my problem still with missions of beverlyhills and Downtown the places still unlocked like panino the house of kim and maria's office

I see nothing from your screenshot except make the A list, and that does not indicate level or anything. I'd have to see more, and the rest of the closed off tabs. But your best bet is to submit a ticket to customer care from the optioins tab at the top left of your screen.
(lll/help/glu support) Sorry you're going through this. But ordinarily if you've been playing from the beginning, it would not still be instructing you to scroll right to access the rest of the screen. So, obviously, there is an issue. Best of luck. And sorry i couldn't help.
