Problem with latest updates

Hi Dolls!would you like to give me advices? I am not able to play since Praga update and even now with Bora Bora update (game version 8.2). The game doesn't start and it crashes with the loading page. I've written here when i had the problem with Praga update, I have sent many customer care ticket after every update (even now some hours ago within this latest update), I have tried the advices that glu gave me, but nothing happened. Does glu know that some players cannot play since September? Is Glu doing something to solve the issues? 
My device is an Acer Tablet (Acer Iconia One 8 B1-810), I play with Android (Android version 4.4.4). 
Sorry for annoying you but I really need some advices.
