I have lost all my purchase, how to get them back

Hi,

I had a major problem while transferring my game from my old (Android) phone to my new (iOS) phone via facebook. since I was not able to get the latest progress although I was logged into facebook from my old phone. and I have lost all my purchases. And unfortunately the support for the game is so weak and no one helped me with solving my problem. And I lost all my kstars, dollars and progress in the game. Please can you assist me to at least restoring my purchases.

P.s. I have all the receipts for my purchases

    If you send an ingame ticket along with your receipts they will be able to help you.  I don’t know if the iOS Restore special purchases button in the StarShop will work, because prev you were Android.   Good luck..

    ok, I didnt think it would work, so send a ticket to customer care. Go to the Options button, top left of your game screen...

    They are really the only ones who can help restore purchases. Please give it a shot.   They get a bad rap, but they are the fixers and people come st them angry sometimes. Just be polite.  Good luck.

    I am experiencing the same problem on my android device, I purchased the April 2018 Shop My Closet and the full set of KKW x Mario eyes. When I was transferring my game those items were lost and support refuses to work with me.
