Daily videos

I have started a discussion about this earlier but the problem was not resolved. So my game does not let me watch 20 videos a day for 2 months now. I HAVEN'T made a purchase so that is not the reason. It is completely random how many I can watch, if I am lucky I have 10 but sometimes only 2.
Now that it is TB sale I am extremely upset about this situation because I have already lost so many K-stars during this 2 months...
today I could only watch 3 videos... Yesterday 1....
