Will this dress change colors with every skin tone?

I saw kim posted this yesterday, and not gonna lie i'm very exited and i think we are getting it...I HOPE🤞just wanted to ask if the color of the dress will match every skin color? My doll is black,and i highly doubt that this will look good on her. It is suppose to fit the skin tone after all, the dress that Kim wore suit her skin color PERFECTLT💗💗this is just a suggestion.
