Help with recovering saved game

I hope someone can answer me. I dropped my phone and it shut down, when opened the game i got the "kustomize" screen so I tried to recover my saved data via Facebook: it was saved until yesterday, but idiot me went back bc I didnt want to lose todays progress so uninstalled and reinstalled. When I tried to recover it says I exceed the number of tries of recovering and have to wait five days unless I contact Glu. I already did it, but I wonder if they'll answer fast, bc dont want to lose this event and SYS. I know it was my fault for rushing and I dont even have my ID to provide, I just want to know if anyone have had this problem before and how quick Glu were.
