SYS Event Problems!

I loaded up my game and I have no tickets to start the SYS Event, no looks have been submitted either! I do not know what is going on? I thought the device issue was resolved already?!

    Similar problem here. Got a notification for one of the free tickets, saw it there, sent the look and it all just disappeared. No look in my list, no new votes, no ticket available. 8th place in the ranking and pissed about it.
