I don’t wanna lose my Game!

Hi, hope everyone is good 
I have a problem, few months ago I opened my game on my mom’s phone then I deleted the app and opened it on my phone, yesterday I told my mom to start playing kkh so I made her a new account then whenever I open my game it shows me this screen and it happens on my mom’s phone as well! 

What should I do, I don’t wanna lose my game 🤦‍♀️

    Hang on and we'll try to help.  Sorry this is happening, we can ask Support for help in a little while.  Off the cuff I’m thinking you can each change your Facebook password. This might stop each of your devices from trying to access the other account.   
    If that doesn’t help, I’ll ask glu to help you out. :)

    @Rxghida_ I'm glad you convinced your mom to start playing! The two of you need to save your games on different Facebook or iCloud/Google accounts. If it pops up again and you pick your own game with your doll and progress, then it should be fine,
    Add your platform (ex. iOS/Android) to your forum signature & save your IDs so we can help
