Purchased Stars - never reveived

I’m having a problem as to where I’ll purchase k stars and never get them. Then when I contact Glu and give them my id, they say contact me from the device with the id and I am contacting them from that device.so confused.....

Try to Send an in-game 8ticket from the game that bought stars, and include your receipt for payment.  Then see what they respond.  If everything is right there when they look at your ticket, they won’t have to write back for the receipt.  Fingers crossed, good luck. And When you need help in the future, if you can;t find a thread with your problem, you can start one, I would have titled it ‘Purchased stars, haven;t received.’  It helps get the right attention.  I’ll move this now.
