Missing Happy Holiday Event Item

I used 40 of my K Stars to open a gift box from the Happy Holidays event. I won the holiday green eyeshadow gift. However when I went to the makeup section of my closet and it’s no where to be found! I even checked random areas of my closet in case it was put somewhere else for whatever reason. Nope nothing!  This cost 40 K-Stars! Anyone else having issues with the event boxes?
