Problem

So a week ago when i uninstalled my game and reinstalled it, it didn't want to restore my game, i contacted my glu support then they said they can do nothing till 5 days end, so i waited but when that time ended and i tried to restore it, all my progress in the game just went poof, i started the game from the start, all my money/homes/car even my clothes that i got from different SYS and weekend events and the holidays hifts were gone NOTHING left, and i found a 600 kstars in the account idk how, even the SYS event still haven't begun in my game,i contacted glu support again but they haven't responded it (i sent a ticket yesterday)
