SYS outfit videos

When I try to reuse a dress and it tells me to watch a video the videos won’t play. I haven’t tried it on anything else this weekend so there shouldn’t be a limit. I tried other dresses and the same thing happens, it offers me a video but won’t play. Help! I know submitting a ticket will take too long.  What should I do?
