Does anyone have issues with ads today? Itās 6pm in my country and I havenāt gotten any ad the whole day! Iām not able to watch ads for anything (K-Stars, Rapid Recharge, Energy). TheĀ ads donāt even pop casually while I play the game! Usually first ad pops after a minute of playing, but now I was waiting like 15-20 minutes in game and nothing. It bugs me very much

@martina_kkh I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but when that happened to me I stopped having free ads on my device. š I had to transfer my game to a device with a more recent version of Android OS, because these features stopped being compatible with my older device. Anyway, try waiting until tomorrow. If you still don't have access to these features, contact Kalinda, she was the one who helped me. I wish you the best of luck.

This has never happened to me lol the only other bundle I have I wasnt crazy about it (and Iām actually not crazy about this one either). Iām just super happy I got this really long hairĀ
Ideas if this is here to stay: -EVERY slot should be a bundle if we're spending diamonds on it -at the very least, the price shouldn't go up each time. Ā Diamonds are way too hard to come by to run it like a normal kollection.
This makes newer players choose between items from the past that we'll never have a chance to get & these items. Ā At least make it worthwhile.

Not only new players though, I've been playing for 4+ years and I still have tons of items to buy for diamonds - mostly from older gift boxes from when I didn't have kstars to open anything but my free box, but also some earnables, when I wasn't able to finish the event. I actually looked forward to getting all the items I loved but missed out on, but with these new diamond kollections (lbr they're here to stay unfortunately), I know that it's gonna be hard to decide if I want to spend my diamonds on spins or on older itemsĀ š¤·š¼āāļø because if there's one thingĀ I'm sure of is thatĀ I won't start buying some crazy amounts of diamonds to get everythingĀ I want, so it'll be definitely "this or that" for me, not both.
AlsoĀ I have to say thatĀ I find it kinda outrageous that we get two pairs of BOOTS in such anĀ expensive kollection (idc ifĀ they're cute,Ā they're still only shoes), especially since they go with two other dresses perfectly, so theyĀ should've been put in a mini-bundle with them or something.Ā
I spinned to get the twists cause i absolutely adore the hair so much and of course i get the bundle. Which is sad because i dont use really long hair and the makeup just doesnt look nice on my doll because my skintone. The dress is ok but like of all the times to give me the bundle its this time i get it and can only use one thing . GLUMOBILE kalinda and eggs allow us to be able to trade stuff we wont use to others who want these items! I have tons of makeup that doesnt flatter my doll and outfits i never use.
I recognize Kalinda and Eggs' hands are tied on this, and this isn't directed at them personally.
But the quality of the items in this update are embarrassingly sub par. I'm assuming that you replaced a more experienced senior designer with two juniors? Good on them because they can fill their portfolios, but at this point you've got them pumping out clothes that look like:Ā
a) a completed colouring book (like seriously, it looks like someone opened up PS and did a colour fill on some line art); b) they've been pulled from a bunch of your old art files and mashed together like some fashion Frankenstein.Ā
Like come on. I get the game is coming to an end. But does that mean you get to stop trying a full six months before the contract ends?Ā
Which brings me to the everything else. It is beyond demoralizing to see community feedback continually disregarded after unpopular decisions are implemented. There is a general vibe of "just let them get it out of their system and they'll get over it, just like when we introduced diamonds." (And, by the way, I'm still pissed about the diamonds.)
Hackers will hack, that is true. But that doesn't absolve Glu of the responsibility to try to limit hacker access, which is something that they largely seem to have given up on.Ā Honestly, I've reached the point that I've gone full tinfoil hat and believeĀ that they don't actually care if there are hackers because they a) populate trendsetters lists to make the game seem less moribund; and b) make legit players buy tickets to have a fair shot at competing against hackers with every item ever put in the game + infinite k-stars.Ā
In other words, I feel ā and I might be alone in this ā like what is at the root of this is a deep, fundamental contempt for players. As someone with a background in marketing, I can't tell you how many times I've heard brand managers say, "but people are really stupid, so we have to do X". That is how I feel like we're being treated. And I don't enjoy feeling like Glu just thinks we're stupid chumps with cash.Ā
I don't know who's in charge of coming up with these harebrained decisions - diamonds, kollections, diamond kollections, 280k-star korkov dresses - but it's almost black comedy at this point to see a bunch of crappy decisions introduced to stymie the loss of revenue caused from an earlier set of crappy decisions, and so on and so on.Ā
Anyway: Thanks for the 12 diamonds, but I will not be taking a spin on this Diamond Kollection, period.Ā I do not resent or begrudge anyone who does. But for me, this is where I draw the line.Ā Through my Gold VIP and FG purchases, I give enough to this game already. I will not give anymore.
