I lost one of my purchased Tickets

I had 1 free ticket and 5 tickets that I purchased and saved from last week. When I was submitting my 11th outfit on this week SYS, nothing happened at first, I pressed again and lost two tickets!, the "free" one and one of the purchased. I'm reading around the forum and this problem is happening to a lot of players. What's the solution you are offering? I want MY ticket back!
