Can you move your IOS game to Android phone?

Hi, i'm new, just wanted to come and ask this question cause i'm not sure if it works!
So i ask the administrators of the game, could i move my IOS game to my Android phone?

im not administrator, but i have moved my game from android to ios. so it works well if youre connected to facebook
