Tried to move my game from IOS to Android

So this is kinda ridicilous, my game is updated fully on my IOS device SO IS on my Android device and this is what i get..i mean..i have no comments

It has been a whole day @kokokokonut and @KalindaKing and i still haven't gotten any answers! Please, i've been without a game for a whole month because these stupid things always happening!
I've missed like 4 events because i can't get it to work, i'm tired, please help!

I don’t know if you got any answers via PM, but just in case: we recently got a small update on iOS and are currently on version 10.9.1. I don’t think Android had any update after the big one, so they’re probably at 10.9.0, which could be why you’re getting this message. Unfortunately, I think this means you can’t transfer until the next big update…
