I can't find pet section in my wardrobe?

So I adopted a cat in downtown LA and it said I can find my cat in pet section in wardrobe but still I can't find it.

I deleted and installed the game many times but there is still nothing. Help me pls

I know this is something that can happen if you have over a certain amount of K star or energy usually seen in hacked games. If that’s not you try contacting Glu support directly and I’m sure they can help
