Game progress isn’t saving on iOS

Hi!
I’ve been playing KKH all day and have been trying to save the game but it would literally not save. It’s been fine for the past few months but suddenly today, I can’t save the game progress through iCloud, Game Center and neither Facebook. I wanted to transfer my game progress to my other iPad cause I was selling my phone but it wouldn’t recognise or find a game progress at all. It has been really annoying cause I’ve tried backing up my phone and everything but the game doesn’t detect a game 😞💔 Please help...
