I lost 10 purple dyes I was planning on using... It said that "check your connection" or something and when I tryed to fix my ✨perfectly working connection ✨ and try again it said that I don't have any dyes and the items were NOT permanently dyed. Can I get them back somehow? They were all my purple dyes I had.
Sorry about the glitches at the beginning of the event! We believe it should be resolved shortly and working smoothly again. If you lost a ticket, you can send us a message with your ID but please don't send a message to Glu Support from your game and a forum admin.

Think I’m going to submit my first look in a couple hours, wait till everything calms down a bit. Also annoyingly I keep being kicked out of the voting booth, it’s happened 4 times now and there’s nothing wrong at my end 🙄

Close your game (close it completely by swiping up ) then open game gain and it will be fixed. It happened to me as well then my tickets came back after i closed and opened the game
