Fraudulent offer

I tried an offer by videostripe and they proceeded to charge me for the offer. However it stated it was a free trial. Afterwards i immediately started getting calls asking to confirm my identity from banking purposes. I also got a fraudulent email asking to confirm my bank details and all. Because of this i have cancelled my card and am awaiting for a new one. Until then i cannot order food or anything! I did this all for kstars and now i’m facing serious issues. Its difficult in isolation i don’t know what to do!
