if you play a hacked game sometimes you might not be able to get a weekend event, or play kollections or sys.

Yes, you can buy bundles in a pop up shop in Santa Monica. Unless they're no longer available.

there should be a bouncing black gift box icon near the bottom right of your game screen?  I believe you have to be level 12, and play a legit game.  If you meet this criteria, you can send a ticket to Suppirt.  Good luck and Welcome. 

Right now, if there are any Pop Up Shop outfits available in the update, a phone call comes from Maria telling us to check it out.  This time the pip up shop is empty after the update.

Another possibility, there was a fashion Goals outfit this week, and no new Kollection.   The fashion goals was available for Real currency.
