SYS issue - missing tickets and my ticket countdown is stuck at zero

It looks like everyone is having issues with this week's SYS event. I'm missing 4 tickets and for some reason, the ticket countdown has not been working since midday! So I'm stuck with zero tickets, with no chance of getting new ones unless I purchase (again, since I already got the sale bundle earlier). This is all so maddening!

    I did almost 4 hours ago, and no one has gotten back to me...
