I bought my vip and it has been five hours now and I still have not received anything for buying the gold status.. I am a new play level 7 does that effect anything?

Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines.
Next tap Help,
Next tap Glu Support if you don't see the contact us button, I would type something foreign to the game in the box where it asks you to describe your question. (I put bowie, or David, or Elvis amd then the button comes up,)
