I've lost a ticket in previous events and never contacted glu because I assumed I just counted wrong or something, like I had one and then it just reset to zero. This game used to be so good in terms of stability, why is it so bad now?
Seriously though, what is going on with this SYS? They keep trying to blame things on internet connections or something on our end. But if the majority of dolls here are experiencing some variations of glitches and problems, its clearly on their end. The missing tickets/dyes/diamonds, the slowness, the app crashes, the 0:00 ticket counter, the extra tickets... what is this? Femme Fatal part 2? It wouldn't be so bad if these problems didn't happen every month. I can only imagine just how many dolls are affected by this outside of the form.

Update on the tickets, diamonds and dye, they’re back, but I would be SUPER careful if you’re using dye or spending diamonds. I dyed a shirt and it glitched and took 6 dyes instead of 3. I know by now to screenshot just in case, but it’s sad that these issues are reoccurring for so many players, I’m messaging support once a week at this point ....

Do you have a strategy for resetting items? I saw a doll say she immediately unlocks the locked items even if she isn’t going to use them yet so that the timer starts over at 24 hours. That has helped me immensely! But how did you get that plaid shirt to reset three times in a row?
Looks 1-5 struggled a bit at the start but scores are improving, I’m currently 7th though and everyone in top 5 is around 400 points either I got unlucky or there was a glitch and people got extra tickets 🤔
@2ftpoop you can use the same item 3 times by using your video unlocks on that item as soon as you submit an outfit with it and because it originally isn’t locked ☺️

If you lost tickets, or have other issues, no trendsetter, all I can suggest is sending an ingame ticket if it doesn’t resolve by tomorrow. I’m sorry you’re experiencing problems. As far as a zero timer, usually rebooting the device works for me. Fingers crossed.

Okay I just reached the 2 diamond reward, hit collect..... nothing. Darkened the box and says “claimed” but I didn’t get any diamonds! So within this SYS I didn’t receive the 10 champagne dyes from my gift box and now I didn’t receive my 2 diamonds within the SYS rewards. I sent a support ticket in but I’m just frustrated that little glitches like these take away from the game on such a regular basis.
