No Videos with New Phone

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but yesterday I got a new phone and transferred my KKH game over. Everything transferred over perfectly fine, but now I can't seem to watch any videos. No double rewards in the SYS, no rapid recharge, and no K star videos.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them/know a fix?

A number of members have reported not getting any videos to watch for stars since the update or event began.  I have already asked Glu about this, and I’ll come back with any info.  Sorry you’re experiencing this, but there is nothing you can do at this time. Just wait it out, and if I get more info I’ll report back later. ‘

Thanks @kokokokonut! I guess it was just a coincidental that I got a new phone and the update happened around the same time.
